Executive Chef and Kitchen Administrator

Menorah Park is seeking a dedicated Culinary Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.
About the Role
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menus that are both appealing and healthy. You will also oversee food ordering and inventory management to ensure efficient use of resources, supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and safety, coordinate catering events and functions as needed, and maintain accurate records of menu planning, food costs, and labor expenses.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to work effectively with diverse staff members
• Experience with union environments and collective bargaining agreements
• Line cook certification required
Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
