We are looking for a skilled professional in intercompany accounting with a strong background in global financial statement consolidation, joint ventures, variance analysis, equity earnings, and foreign currency transactions.

Position Overview:

The Senior Corporate Accountant is a crucial member of our finance team, responsible for maintaining precise financial records, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and delivering timely financial reports. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and well-versed in accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage various aspects of Corporate-level accounting, including financial statement consolidation, joint ventures, variance analysis, equity earnings, intercompany accounting, and more.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal management and external stakeholders.

• Engage in the month-end closing process, which includes preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, variance explanations, and other financial documentation.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for designated areas, collaborating with all management levels on related issues.

• Conduct research and document technical accounting guidance to support management decisions as necessary.

• Analyze financial data and trends to pinpoint variances, anomalies, and areas for enhancement.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

• Work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to collect information, resolve issues, and effectively communicate financial insights.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in public accounting or with publicly traded companies is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions and US GAAP.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and engagement with a focus on process improvement.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• CPA certification or CPA track is highly desirable.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Experience in planning and organizing resources effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
