Job Overview

The Financial Reporting Accountant will be instrumental in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and facilitating various financial reporting activities. This role demands a solid background in public accounting, particularly within the construction and real estate domains.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statements: Generate and assess financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Reporting: Guarantee timely and precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconciliation: Scrutinize and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring thoroughness and precision.
  • Budgeting: Aid in the formulation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

  • Policy Maintenance: Revise and update accounting policies and procedures as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BS in Accounting).
