Role Overview

The Financial Reporting Accountant is essential in the preparation and analysis of financial documents, ensuring adherence to accounting regulations, and facilitating various financial reporting activities. This role demands a solid background in public accounting, particularly within the construction and real estate fields.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Documentation: Prepare and scrutinize financial documents in line with GAAP standards.
  • Reporting Duties: Guarantee timely and precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Account Reconciliation: Examine and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Budget Assistance: Aid in crafting budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Audit Facilitation: Supply necessary documentation and clarifications for internal and external audits.
  • Policy Management: Maintain and revise accounting policies and procedures as needed.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications
