Job Title: HR Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations team at Townsteel Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's payroll processes and human resource duties, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. You will also manage salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, and vacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) payouts, and provide technical expertise and respond to payroll inquiries related to interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the company's payroll processes and human resource duties.
  • Manage salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, and vacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) payouts.
  • Ensure payroll is in full compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Provide technical expertise and respond to payroll inquiries related to interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll management or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under various levels of pressure.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
