Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team in support of a USAF contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication among teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process non-disclosure agreements for directorate personnel, ensuring secure access to sensitive information.
  • Assist in planning and organizing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing technical materials.
  • Support staff leadership by developing and maintaining divisional schedules and calendars.
  • Coordinate program briefings, gathering information, reviewing reports, and creating visual aids.
  • Manage official file plans using AFRIMS and maintain master files for tracking and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and process travel arrangements and vouchers, verifying accuracy of data inputs.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management, financial, contracting, configuration, engineering, system integration, and logistics management activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 10 years' experience as an administrative worker and 5 years' DoD experience.
  • Working knowledge of desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance at the required level; U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Defense Travel System (DTS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS), Functional Area Records Management (FARM), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), and Senior Officer Communication and Coordination Electronic Resource (SOCCER).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and qualifications. COLSA Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
