Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our part-time Administrative Assistant position. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining effective office operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic
- Perform data entry tasks and update spreadsheets as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including preparing materials and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain discretion with confidential data.
Compensation and Benefits
