Job DescriptionJob Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Perry Payroll Service LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our General Manager and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in managing their schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
• Answer phone and email correspondence directly, or forward to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers/public in the showroom area, greeting and directing to appropriate areas.
• Use software to assist in organizing and producing presentations, reports, etc. as directed.
• Coordinate daily close out and start up of sales drawers.
• Responsible for petty cash accounting and requesting additional monies as needed.
• Process check requests as needed for the branch location.
• Assist corporate Accounts Payable in troubleshooting issues.
• Receive payments from customers as needed.
• Work cross-departmentally to research and resolve issues with open orders, suggest improvements to processes as needed.
• Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.
• Run routine reports, review for errors, and either handle or escalate to the General Manager for resolution.
• Identify areas for process/flow improvement and assist with developing SOPs to support desired change/process improvement.
• Assist with coordinating and assisting with local events for advertisement/sponsoring.
• Ensure adequate supply of promotional materials, and employee-branded items (hats, shirts, etc.).
• May serve as a representative for operations on committees to promote cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and employee morale.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed or directed.
• Complete all other duties and tasks as needed or requested.

Requirements:

• Education/Formal Training: Associate's Degree or higher required
• Work Experience: Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
