Warranty Administrator Job Summary

KIOTI Tractor, a leading manufacturer of compact tractors and utility vehicles, is seeking a Warranty Administrator to oversee the Product Warranty Registration Database and adjudicate warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjudicate warranty claims with accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring all supporting documentation is in order.
  • Process equipment registrations in a timely manner, maintaining the integrity of the database.
  • Provide support to dealers regarding warranty process and limitations, as well as database and registration queries.
  • Generate vendor warranty cost reports and track warranty recoveries.
  • Upload new models and flat rate times into the warranty database, ensuring dealer labor rates are current and compliant.
  • Assist dealers with registration issues and make necessary changes to the warranty database when ownership is transferred.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the warranty process.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Operational experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • CRM and D365 experience preferred.
  • Working experience with database applications and ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately.
  • Technical knowledge of diesel engines, transmission, and hydraulic systems is preferred.
