Position Overview
We are in search of skilled, detail-oriented, and committed professionals to contribute to the ongoing success of our franchise.

Role Responsibilities
The BDC Representatives will be tasked with managing all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and internet inquiries, while also confirming sales appointments and conducting follow-ups.

Key Duties Include:

  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive customer database to foster repeat business.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess strong computer and telephone skills.
