Key Responsibilities

1. Assess patients' physical capabilities and devise tailored treatment plans.

2. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.

3. Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercises and self-management techniques.

4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

1. Valid Rehabilitative Specialist (PT) License

2. BLS Certifications

3. Minimum of two years of recent experience in rehabilitative therapy

4. Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
