REHABILITATION SPECIALIST
Location: Nationwide
This is your opportunity to apply your knowledge, dedication, and experience daily to motivate our patients to make continuous progress as you:
• Implement rehabilitation strategies and patient care in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Oversee rehabilitation assistants and support staff, effectively delegating responsibilities.
• Maintain open communication with various departments to fulfill patient, staff, and institutional needs.
• Assist patients in regaining independence and control over their daily lives.
• Create a patient-focused environment that aligns with the organization's mission of safety and comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
• Possession of state licensure or certification is required prior to employment.
• CPR certification is preferred, unless specified otherwise by institutional policies.
• Completion of an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program, along with significant field experience.
• Proven ability to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation interventions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
