This full-time, year-round position involves working 3-12-hour shifts, providing essential psychiatric and crisis evaluations for individuals aged 14 and older. Spurwink has pioneered the first living room crisis model in Maine, operating 24/7 throughout the year. This facility serves as a supportive environment for individuals and families in crisis, offering professional assistance, thorough assessments, and collaboration with community resources.

This role includes a $7500 sign-on bonus, with $3750 awarded after three months of full-time employment and another $3750 after six months. This bonus is exclusive to new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants should possess MHRT-C certification or be eligible for it, or hold credentials as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor or Employment Specialist, or as a Certified or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution is preferred. Candidates must maintain a valid Maine driver's license, have reliable transportation, and uphold a clean driving record as per Spurwink's Driving Policy.
