Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to inspire and guide a team
  • Regularly update the canvassing supervisor on personal and team objectives
  • Genuine interest in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability
  • Willingness to travel within designated regions
  • Availability to work during specified hours based on team needs
  • Event locations will be within a reasonable commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the public at designated events, trade shows, and retail venues to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate with residents for complimentary home energy evaluations
  • Implement team strategies to foster enthusiasm about the Home Energy Evaluation process among potential clients
  • Continuously acquire and share industry knowledge with team members
  • Represent Homeworks Energy and its brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Achieve and surpass lead generation targets
  • Occasionally assist in transporting team members to and from work sites
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required, including liaising with local authorities.

Compensation and Benefits:
