Athletic Trainer

About the Role:

Fisher-Titus Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Athletic Trainer to join our team. As an Athletic Trainer - Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to local high schools, promoting safe and healthy practices among student-athletes, and providing quality care in case of injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate with coaching staff and school administrators to ensure a smooth and successful outreach program

Develop and implement injury and illness prevention strategies, as well as conditioning programs to promote student-athlete health and wellness

Provide quality, immediate care in case of an injury, demonstrating knowledge of initial first aid procedures and emergency action plans

Maintain open communication with school staff and administrators, using the appropriate channels to address issues and concerns
