Job Title:
- Corporate Paralegal and Administrator
Job Summary:
- This position provides support to the Legal department on general corporate matters and conducts the full spectrum of corporate maintenance activities, including maintenance of corporate minute books, preparation of shareholder and board resolutions, and filing of annual reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of corporate minute books for subsidiaries, including preparation of shareholder and board resolutions electing directors and officers and approving necessary transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience at a large law firm or in a complex in-house corporate environment.
