As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales.

You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience
  • Achieving a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues
  • Keeping up to date through training and vendor publications
  • Adhering to the Big O Tire policies and procedures
  • Assisting other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectations
  • Helping maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas
  • Assisting in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking
  • Maintaining showroom merchandise
  • Following all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures
  • Sales of tires and service-related needs

Qualifications include:

  • 2 year minimum tire & auto service sales experience recommended but not required
  • Strong auto service & tire sales knowledge recommended but not required
  • Good leadership abilities and team building
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient at preventive maintenance sales recommended but not required
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times
  • Have problem solving abilities and be a self-starter
  • Multi-tasking abilities

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year

Big O Tires offers a wide range of diagnostic, repair and routine maintenance services, backed by one of the best national services warranties in the business.

Most Big O Tires stores are individually owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchisee makes the staffing and hiring decisions for the individual location(s).

However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers.
