- Meet with customers to determine their vehicle repair and service needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Oversee technicians working on customer vehicles, including time management and efficiency
- Participate in quality control and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record
- Accredited training in service advisor skills and customer satisfaction
- Automotive service advisor experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
