Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our team at Keffer Mazda in Huntersville, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best automotive solutions.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all Mazda vehicles and their features, staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product features.
  • Attend product and sales seminars to enhance sales skills and stay informed about market developments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by the dealership, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to success.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate additional leads, fostering a positive and loyal customer base.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the sale of financing and insurance products, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend and actively participate in team sales meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current and upcoming models, as well as competitor vehicles, staying ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Proficient in using various sales tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Previous experience with Mazda vehicles is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of customers and the dealership.
