Warranty Administrator Opportunity at Burnett Specialists

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at Burnett Specialists, a leading company in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of warranty repair orders in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Code repair orders correctly using labor operation codes and relevant data.
  • Verify warranty coverage, open campaigns, and vehicle history to ensure compliance.
  • Process warranty claims efficiently, adhering to manufacturer procedures.
  • Resolve any warranty rejections or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Update the receivable schedule as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous dealership experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CDK and/or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent ability to understand and follow instructions.
