Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to manage our presence in key accounts and drive sales activities in assigned market areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales, with expertise in electronic security solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing enterprise-level customers through consultative sales techniques and solution-selling processes.
  • Identify and develop new enterprise-level customer prospects.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of work to dedicated customer base.
  • Aggressively grow service and maintenance agreements as part of the solution-selling process.
  • Determine hosted, managed, and monitored sales opportunities within new and existing customers alike.
  • Prepare timely and accurate solution proposals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of overall professional experience required, with prior experience in enterprise-level sales desired.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in the electronic security industry required.
  • Proficiency in using and learning software packages associated with sales quoting.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic team environment with an expanding customer base.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $85,000-$95,000 per year, with a monthly auto allowance of $450, gas card, commission plan, and bonus plan.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
  • Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • A generous vacation time accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly, with eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
