Front Desk Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to develop your organizational skills and work in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time opportunity with required availability to work either 7:00AM - 3:00PM or 3:00PM - 11:00PM on various days. Weekend & Holiday availability are required for this role. You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the front desk.
  • Managing cash transactions accurately.
  • Providing information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.


Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be capable of handling money accurately.
  • Reading, math, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
