Job Overview

At Phoenix Behavioral Health, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. This key role will provide daily oversight and support for transportation, meals, and route management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare fully prepared daily breakfast and lunch for clients in partial care.
  • Prepare daily snacks and beverages for identified clients.
  • Work with the Site Manager and Executive Director to ensure all food orders are properly placed and filled.
  • Coordinate transportation, daily transport routes, assign and print daily run sheets, and ensure clients are assigned to proper van routes for arrival/departure daily.
  • Ensure safe preparation of food and meeting dietary restrictions of clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • One (1) year working in a behavioral health setting or a similar environment is required.
  • A valid driver's license and clear MVR check are necessary.
  • Keen observation skills are required.
  • Knowledge of the importance of operating a vehicle safely is required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
