Strategic Account Leader

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account management efforts in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Account Director, you will play a critical role in driving growth and retention across our multi-state manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Value to Customers: Develop and execute strategies to promote advocacy and align with SBM's growth plan.
- Lead Operational Efforts: Provide leadership and direction to support existing program retention and organic growth, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and internal performance management systems.
- Travel and Site Assessment: Regularly visit sites to assess performance levels and health of relationships, identifying opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Proactively assess customer and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and introducing next-level solutions.
- Leadership Succession Planning: Evaluate site and portfolio leadership competency to ensure continuous and scalable growth.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Dynamic Communication Skills: Effectively present to internal teams and external customers, developing PowerPoint presentations and report documents with effective messaging.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on operational excellence and growth opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits: $130,000 - $140,000 per year, with a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
