Director of Sales and Business Development

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Managed Care Sales team. As a Director, Sales & Business Development - Managed Care, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve sales processes
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth
- Minimum 5 years of sales and/or account management experience within Managed Care, Payer Partnerships/Relations, or Healthcare Network Operations
- Proven expertise and demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and relationship management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions
