Job Title: Director, Sales & Business Development - Managed Care

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Managed Care Sales team. As a Director, Sales & Business Development - Managed Care, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve sales processes
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and/or account management experience within Managed Care, Payer Partnerships/Relations, or Healthcare Network Operations
  • Proven expertise and demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and relationship management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions
