Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

  • Implement and manage all retail and commercial sales initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Observe and coach team members to ensure adherence to best sales practices.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the commercial sales team to achieve appointment and sales objectives.
  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Support commercial customers with timely service and accurate deliveries.
  • Oversee the performance and quality of the Repair Center.

Team Development

  • Promote a customer-centric culture within the team.
  • Manage staffing levels in accordance with business needs.
  • Train and mentor Assistant Managers and Store Associates on operational and safety standards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recognition to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement necessary disciplinary actions.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members as required.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with merchandising, inventory management, and safety protocols.
  • Identify areas for cost control and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as a leader by influencing and motivating the team towards achieving company goals.
  • Manage device repair processes and ensure adequate staffing of repair experts.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, particularly in durable goods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of electronics.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours to meet business demands.
