Job Summary:

The Cashier and Sales Floor Associate maximizes store profitability through accurate register operation, best-in-class customer service, and efficient merchandising. This role helps us build skills and change lives in each of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and invite them to return.
  • Process Transactions Accurately: Process transactions efficiently and professionally.
  • Promote the Round-Up Program: Inform customers at each transaction how their contribution helps build skills and change lives in our community.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Sales Floor: Quickly and efficiently merchandising and salvaging items.
  • Support Asset Protection: Monitor the fitting rooms, return items to the floor, and report known theft to the Manager or AP Agent.
  • Work Collaboratively: Consistently interact with coworkers, shoppers, and donors in a professional and pleasant manner.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Skills: Ability to ring sales on a cash register and use basic math to count money. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the facility and use a full range of motion to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. Must be able to clearly communicate.
