About the Role

**Customer Success Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at EverDriven Technologies LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and supporting our clients in the transportation management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services.
  • Onboarding and Support: Execute effective onboarding processes and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Management: Manage account relationships and pricing to ensure alignment with client needs and goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Engage with school district personnel, internal teams, and other stakeholders to provide tailored solutions and support to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, customer success, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to manage multiple projects.
