Position Overview

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of all USTA National Campus Food & Beverage services and year-round special events.
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage event contracts.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute invoices from food & beverage vendors to USTA departments for voucher usage and catering.
  • Act as a liaison between National Campus Events, guests, and USTA staff, including Player Development and Player Development Lodge, and food and beverage vendors.
  • Coordinate with beverage contractors and USTA Sponsorship.
  • Oversee vending commissions and rebate programs.
  • Manage both internal and external special events.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations and/or event management is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent events.
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Experience in tennis operations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • This is a non-exempt position.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule year-round, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
  • This position is on-site and specific to the National Campus.

Salary Information

The expected salary range for this position is $39,000 to $47,000 per year. Any additional compensation or benefits will be determined based on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, and job location.
