- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that all outlets have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all outlets are in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Certification: Certification as a Food Service Manager or equivalent, as required by state or local regulations.
