Job Title: Guest Services Manager

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa.

Job Summary:

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, bell desk, and transportation services. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Supervise bell desk and transportation staff, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operations and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations, with a focus on front desk and guest services
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
