About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Administration Leadership Role professional to join our team at Pop-Up Talent. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to tenants, maintaining environmental health and safety standards, and contributing to quality programs aligned with the Owner's goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the SPM in implementing policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building.
  • Work with the APM to collect bids for various work at properties and prepare, route, and process service contracts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure high-quality appearance and recommend maintenance/upgrades as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with maintenance accounting and/or budgeting software (Kardin).

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $67,000 and $79,000 annually, based on location and industry standards.
