Senior Property Administrator

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in implementing policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to tenants, maintain environmental health and safety standards, and contribute to quality programs aligned with the Owner's goals.
Responsibilities:- Maintain property management files in an orderly manner and perform administrative tasks as requested by the Senior Property Manager (SPM).
- Work with the SPM and Assistant Property Manager (APM) to collect bids for various work at properties and prepare, route, and process service contracts.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure high-quality appearance and recommend maintenance/upgrades as necessary.
Tenant/Vendor Relations:
- Coordinate tenant move-in/-out processes, including power change over, move-in package preparation, suite signage ordering, rekeying of suites, gift ordering, and directory updates.
- Process and coordinate tenant requests for service, follow through on requests to completion, and schedule vendor work and tenant notification.
Financial:
- Monitor receivables for all properties and ensure timely receipt of rents.
- Follow delinquency procedures, contact tenants on delinquencies, send letters as required, and assess late charges if necessary.
Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience and is proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $67,000 and $79,000 annually, based on location and industry standards.
