Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Pop-Up Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, including property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure high-quality appearance and provide recommendations for maintenance or upgrades.
  • Tenant Move-In/Move-Out: Assist with tenant move-in and move-out walk-throughs, create punch lists, and follow through with scheduling of work to obtain completion of punch list items.
  • Financial Administration: Monitor accounts receivable, ensure timely receipt of rents, and work with the PA to follow up with tenants on delinquencies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with maintenance accounting and/or budgeting software (Kardin).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
