Job Overview

As a key member of our People & Culture team, the HR Leadership Role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support employee growth and engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive talent management systems to align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other developmental activities.
  • Analyze data to inform talent management decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in talent management or related HR roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

This position comes with a salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our employees' growth and success.
