PURE Property Management is a forward-thinking real estate management company seeking an experienced Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties.

Salary: $20-$22 per hour, paid biweekly

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Rental Activities: Ensure vacant units are clean and well-maintained, respond to phone calls, issue notices to tenants, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and document necessary repairs.
  • Administration: Secure keys and remotes, prepare and coordinate various inspections, enforce apartment rules, maintain tenant registries, and file monthly expenses reports.
  • Maintenance: Straighten common areas, report plumbing/electrical issues, keep entryways free of debris, and replace broken light bulbs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of property management or leasing experience
  • Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to qualify for $1,500/month rent and pass regular tenant screening
