Job Description

**Project Scheduler Role at ARB, Inc.**

ARB, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in California, Nevada, and Arizona. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing, tracking, and analyzing fully integrated master schedules using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage large lump sum capital project schedules, with 5,000 to 10,000 activities, valued at over $100 million.
  • Develop and track critical path, forecast completion dates, areas of risk and opportunity, and status of key milestones.
  • Develop and record the project's historical schedule information and lessons learned for future use.
  • Develop and track sub-schedules, review and update integrated master schedules, and communicate with client representatives, design consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other appointed team vendors.
  • Prepare progress reports, using lookaheads, and communicate any project impacts on the schedule.
  • Support risk analyses and assist project controls with the evaluation of reported progress and status of critical activities.
  • Monitor schedule deviations and variances, track delays, and work closely with project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced.
  • Possibly oversee other schedulers and ensure the effective use of Earned Value Method (EMV) and resource management in P6.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project scheduling.
  • Highly skilled in Primavera P6 and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
