Automated Processing Equipment Lead

**Job Summary**
Your Hiring Coaches is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Plant Engineer to lead the setup, design, and specification of automated processing equipment for our production lines. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our Technical Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and specify automated processing equipment for new and existing production lines.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager and production team to ensure seamless integration of new equipment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of hands-on process equipment experience.
- Experience working in a process-oriented manufacturing environment, preferably involving high temperatures.
- Strong understanding of computer programming and software development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.
- Annual bonus up to 5% of salary.
