Job Overview:
As an Automation Solutions Analyst, you will be an innovative professional who leverages creativity and collaboration with stakeholders to drive business value. Your role will involve utilizing both process and technical knowledge along with leadership abilities to guide teams and resolve challenges, ensuring that automation initiatives and requirements are fulfilled.
You will oversee the execution of automation projects, considering enterprise interdependencies, scale, visibility, and complexity. Effective communication across various channels, including IT and Business Operations, will be crucial in defining project designs, documenting desired outcomes, developing automation solutions according to best practices, and testing these solutions against approved plans.
In this position, you will take ownership of your projects from inception through to deployment, including the transition to the relevant technical and user support teams. As a recognized authority, you will be called upon to coach and mentor your peers.
Additionally, you will act as a consultant for automation and process improvement to other IT and Business Units. Your extensive technical and business acumen will guide decisions regarding process reengineering, technical feasibility, program management, and adherence to standards and best practices. You will represent the Automation Center of Excellence's expertise throughout the organization.
