The majority of support interactions will occur through electronic communication and telephonic conversations, with some face-to-face assistance potentially required.

You will have the chance to significantly influence user experiences by providing personalized support and enhancing user documentation.
  • Administer user accounts and assist with High-Performance Computing (HPC) inquiries.
  • Deliver prompt and precise responses to HPC user queries and issue tickets.
    • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
    • Document all interactions and solutions.
  • Assist users in utilizing commercial, proprietary, and open-source software applications.
  • Develop and update documentation for user guidance.
  • Inform users about scheduled maintenance for HPC systems.
  • Handle software and configuration change requests from users and HPC Management Program.
  • Engage with users regarding their activities on the systems.
    • Propose solutions or alternatives as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active Top Secret clearance.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Effective team player.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
  • Familiarity with Support Ticketing Systems, Programming Languages, Linux Operating Systems, Shell Scripting, Parallel Computing Concepts, and HPC Scheduling Software.
