Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Frontline Source Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a talented team and enhancing our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to achieve exceptional results and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Be an active presence on the sales floor, enhancing the customer experience and building strong relationships.
  • Represent our brand at charity and community outreach events, reinforcing our commitment to giving back.
  • Implement and refine a comprehensive sales strategy to meet goals and grow our customer base.
  • Oversee clientele efforts and special event preparation, ensuring your team excels in delivering a luxury experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-lasting customer relationships within a high-end retail environment.

Requirements:

  • At least five years in luxury jewelry store management or luxury retail.
  • Must have experience leading a team generating $20M+ annual in sales.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales floor, refining sales processes, and enhancing clientele.
  • Robust industry knowledge with excellent mentoring, coaching, and people skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing education with a deep understanding of diamonds and luxury retail.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and positively impact a sales team.
