Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our luxury retail team. As a key figure on the sales floor, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a veteran sales team to achieve exceptional results and foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a talented team and enhance our customer experience
  • Mentor and develop sales team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Implement and refine a comprehensive sales strategy to meet goals and grow our customer base
  • Oversee clientele efforts and special event preparation
  • Cultivate and maintain long-lasting customer relationships within a high-end retail environment

Requirements:

  • At least five years in luxury jewelry store management or luxury retail
  • Experience leading a team generating $20M+ annual in sales
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales floor, refining sales processes, and enhancing clientele
  • Robust industry knowledge with excellent mentoring, coaching, and people skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
