Position Overview:

The Customer Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position involves assisting clients through various communication channels while managing inventory and order fulfillment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, addressing customer inquiries and processing orders.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Perform quality checks on hair extensions upon receipt of new shipments.
  • Conduct inventory management and stock assessments.
  • Facilitate sales transactions both over the phone and in a retail setting.
  • Process payment transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Ensure order accuracy and consistency through thorough oversight.
  • Proactively identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity.
