Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student academic and personal growth
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing various issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments and develop interventions to address student behavioral and emotional needs
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in school psychology
Requirements
  • Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid certification or license as a School Counselor in Florida
  • Experience working in educational settings, preferably with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
