JOB SUMMARY

The role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to designated senior executives, which includes managing calendars, organizing travel logistics, preparing presentations, and handling expense documentation. Additionally, this position entails overseeing the daily functions of a small team of administrative professionals.

Essential Functions:
  • Recruit, train, and oversee a team of 1-3 administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and organize intricate activities, meetings, travel, conferences, and departmental events.
  • Manage calendars by scheduling meetings and calls effectively.
  • Draft written communications, announcements, and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Serve as a project manager for various special initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate Senior Management Meetings, Summit Meetings, and Sales Conferences, including securing venues and travel arrangements.
  • Receive and disseminate press releases and general information.
Requirements:

Education:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of executive administrative experience required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role preferred.
Professional Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in interfacing with all departments and representing senior leadership professionally.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and external stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:
