Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute in-store merchandising strategies, including cooler and shelf setups, while ensuring effective use of promotional materials.
  • Assist in the design and execution of display components for various sales promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with store managers of key accounts.
  • Develop creative and engaging thematic display ideas.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales and delivery teams on effective display construction and maintenance.
  • Support Key Account Managers and point-of-sale teams with cooler setups as needed.
  • Work alongside the Sales Administrator on incentive display projects, including design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Construct and maintain displays to enhance product visibility.
  • Enhance relationships with store managers to secure optimal display locations and sizes.
  • Generate thematic display concepts for holidays and events, communicated through actual display setups or design sketches.
  • Conduct in-house training on available promotional materials, thematic usage, proper placement, and tips for attractive displays.

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of food safety and handling practices.
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
