Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Instructor to join our team at Kelberman Center. As a key member of our behavioral services team, you will be responsible for leading the quality of residential ABA services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans for clients in residential settings.
    • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
    • Supervise and train program staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
  • Training and Consultation
    • Provide training and consultation to residential programs and other stakeholders on ABA best practices.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of ABA services provided in residential settings.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service quality.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in ABA or a related field.
  • Certifications
    • Acceptance into BCBA course sequence within 6 months of employment.
    • Enrollment in BCBA course sequence within 12 months of employment.
