BCBA Residential Services Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Upstate Caring Partners. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the professional development of staff and promoting a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integration of clinical behavioral services between residential services and day services or education programs. This includes administering, conducting, and supervising the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and techniques.
  • Conduct and supervise the implementation of behavioral individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs.
  • Design and implement behavior support plans, ensuring appropriate behavioral data systems are in place.
  • Teach program staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
  • Conduct training and consultation for residential programs.
  • Provide supervision for staff seeking board certification/licensure in behavior analysis or registered behavior technician.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Doctorate preferred in a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
  • License in Behavior Analysis preferred.
  • 2 Years relevant experience in a related field.
