Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Services Manager to oversee the professional development of staff and communicate in a manner that energizes the workforce, promotes retention, encourages team excellence, facilitates continuous learning, and reinforces positive partnerships throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, and be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified. A Doctorate in a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field and be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver's License.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and techniques.
  • Conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral treatment.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and design behavior support plans.
  • Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented.
  • Teach program staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
  • Conduct training and consultation for residential programs.
  • Provide supervision for staff seeking board certification/licensure in behavior analysis or registered behavior technician certification.
