About the Role:
- High-Volume Calling: Conduct 60-80 outbound sales calls daily and handle inbound inquiries to generate new sales leads and foster client relationships.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively seek out and convert sales leads into customer meetings through effective communication and follow-up.
- Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our print and packaging products and services to effectively convey their value to clients.
- CRM Management: Update and manage customer information in HubSpot CRM and ensure accurate records of sales activities.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual meeting goals for assigned reps.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Inside sales, preferably within the Print and Packaging industry.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting and exceeding call volumes with appointments set.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated negotiation and appointment setting skills required.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
